The UHSA Complex provides comprehensive facilities for Sports, Social and Community events with full WiFi coverage.
The TWO GABLES Banqueting Hall has a formal dining capacity capacity for 120 persons seated and up to 180 persons on a standing buffet basis.
The hall is rectangular in shape and has 170 square metres of space (17 x 10 ), with an open adjoining area of 60 square metres ( 12 x 5).
The Licensed Bar is fully staffed and serves drinks at Club Bar prices.
The hall is equipped with a comprehensive audio/visual system including large screen TVs and projector based large screen.
The Kitchen is of a high quality with professional appliances and stainless steel units. It is suitable for both self catering or use by professional caterers for banquets.

The entire complex underwent a comprehensive refurbishment during 2012 and is fully Accessible, meeting current disabled access provisions. It also has baby changing facilities.
To the exterior there is a large Patio area (25m x 6m) overlooking the entire park area with an enclosed Children’s playground adjacent to the main entrance.
The main off-road car park is adjacent to the Tithe Barn with limited additional car parking at the Complex for suppliers via a private driveway.
